Review :

Jayam Ravi is an escape artist hired by the Defence Space Division on a secret mission. The team of Jayam Ravi comprising Ramesh Thilak and Arjunan along with DSD’s Nivetha Pethuraj and Vincent Asokan are sent to take a missile from space and use it to destroy an asteroid which is expected to hit Chennai. The mission hits a roadblock when Ravi gets a call from an unknown person to handover the missile. Failing to do so will lead to the death of his son. Did Ravi complete his mission and what are the problems that he faced in the due course form the rest of the story.

Given the budget of the film and the time within which it was completed the CG works have come out really well and are impressive. D Imman’s BGM literally gives the audience an out of the world experience. Director Shakthi Soundararajan has tried to take Kollywood to the next level with this project and he has decently succeeded in his attempt. Nivetha comes throughout the movie and has delivered what the character demanded. Though the movie has some minor loopholes and logic lapses it can be overlooked for the attempt. Tik Tik Tik is a bold attempt that has tried to push the boundaries of Tamil cinema.
