*“Diya Suriya’s Directorial Debut “Leading Light” !!*

#LeadingLight – A docu-drama directed by Diya Suriya and produced by Suriya & Jyotika.

Under the banner of 2D Entertainment, Suriya and Jyotika have produced the docu-drama short film “Leading Light” #LeadingLight, focusing on the lives of Bollywood women gaffers. With this project, their daughter Diya Suriya makes her directorial debut.

The film highlights the untold stories of women working behind the scenes as light-women in the film industry and portrays their experiences in Bollywood, blending documentary and drama.

Garnering praise from across the world, Leading Light is now being screened at the Oscar Qualifying Run at Regency Theatre, Los Angeles, California. The film will run from September 26 to October 2, with shows daily at 12:00 PM.

Receiving such global recognition and reaching the Oscars stage with her very first directorial venture, Diya Suriya is being widely appreciated and celebrated.
