Ajith, Viacom18 Head, who spoke through video said, “We have always strived to make good quality and unique contents through Viacom18. We are happy about the success of Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal. I thank Dulquer Salmaan for choosing this film and being a part of it. Desingh Periyasamy is a talented filmmaker and I thank everyone for celebrating the film as their own.”
Director Designh Periyasamy said, “I thank my parents for having a blind faith on me and I think, I have made up for their confidence in me. I owe a lot to Superstar Rajinikanth sir for letting my attention turn towards cinema. I thank media and press for appreciating and encouraging my efforts, which is a bliss for any newcomer like me. If not for Dulquer Salmaan, this success would have not been possible. Apart from accepting this film, the way he dedicated himself without insisting or suggesting a single correction is great. Although, Ritu Varma belongs to a different region, she took more efforts in appearing like a Tamil girl. Rakshan has already become an icon through his small screen journey and with this movie has established himself as a fabulous actor. I thank Gautham Vasudev Menon sir for accepting to be a part of this film and I never thought that he would give a nod to this film. I was literally scared to narrate him the climax scene and was surprised to get his approval easily. In fact, he suggested me to change the location to coffee shop in his own movies’ style and wrote me the dialogues as well. He is such a big hearted person. Cinematographer Bhaskar is such a good hearted person and none can get angry with him. Niranjani has done a fabulous job in this film and I am happy to see that her performance is being lauded now.
Costume Designer-Actress Niranjani said, “I am getting emotional when audiences are appreciating me in person after watching the film. Dulquer Salmaan is such a humble and down to earth person. I thank Ritu Varma for being my friend and supporting me through the film. Rakshan is the major reason behind everyone appreciating my work. Gautham Vasudev Menon sir is the major attraction in this film and I thank him for appreciating my work as costume designer and actor.

Actor Rakshan said, “This is my debut film and I thank Designh Periyasamy for giving me an opportunity to be a part of this dream project. Working with Dulquer Salmaan excited me a lot and I was ready to do anything to be a part of this movie. He was very much focused on my character gain importance. I thank Bhaskar Anna for making me look good with his visuals. Gautham Vasudev Menon sir appreciated addressing me as ‘Hero’, which is a blessing. I thank Ritu Varma for being patient towards my jokes on her. Niranjani was very much like her onscreen character in this movie even when the camera was off. I thank press and media for being so much supportive towards the film’s success.”
Cinematographer Bhaskar said, “I thank my mentor Vijay Milton sir for making me what I am today. I thank press and media for appreciating my work. I thank my crew for working hard. As soon as Desingh completed the script, I wanted Gautham sir to be onboard by all means. I was slightly scared to handle camera as soon as he was confirmed, however, was surprised when he personally congratulated me for a good work.”
Actress Ritu Varma said, “Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal is a sweet journey and it will be a memorable moments for me. His 5-yr journey of aspirations and persistence has paid him off well. Dulquer Salmaan is the greatest support and magic behind my performance in this movie. He was so much supportive and down to earth. My partner in crime Niranjani has been a beautiful support for me and working with Rakshan was enjoyable. Gautham Vasudev Menon is major asset to this film and I am his big fan.”
Director Gautham Vasudev Menon said, “I thank press and media friends for taking the film forward from us and making it a big success. I am watching a movie after a long time in theatres. KKK has a magic that is celebrated by audiences and I watched the film 4 times in theatres to witness it. When Designh approached me for the film, I felt a positive vibe and intuition, which propelled me to go for it. Now to see the wowing response, I am so happy that my assumption was true. The whole crew from Dulquer Salmaan, Ritu Varma, Niranjani and Rakshan have nailed it down perfectly.”
Actor Dulquer Salmaan, who was emotionally inclined with moistened eyes said, “This is an emotional moment to me and the film has gifted me with lots of priceless moments. Designh Periyasamy is someone, who loves cinema soulfully and the entire team is of the same nature, which has reflected very well on big screens. It is now passed on to the critics and audiences as well, who are celebrating the film’s success. In next 10 years, Designh’s dream will come true of directing Superstar Rajinikanth, Rakshan will become a superstar. Gautham Vasudev Menon sir will be as successful as now making superb movies.
