Sixer - Press Release

Sixer is a term that is normally used to symbolise a maximum score in the game of cricket. We are all aware that cricket is considered as a religion in our country and it takes a  brilliant move by Wallmate Entertainment represented by Dinesh Kannan and Sridhar in association  with Trident Arts to come out with a novel title, “Sixer” for their maiden film starring Vaibhav. Directed by debutant director, Chachi this film has wrapped up its shooting schedule swiftly.

“Though Sixer is the title we are absolutely sure enough to declare that this film has nothing to do with cricket. The term “six” plays a major part in the narration of the script and it has got huge connections to the fulcrum of the script. This is a script tailor made for Vaibhav as he carries the role of a boy next door with conviction. Pallak Lalwani plays the female lead opposite Vaibhav. The music will be scored by Ghibran and cinematography by PG Muthiah. We are possessed with a very young and vibrant team that excelled both in terms of creativity and timely execution. We are contemplating to release the film during the second half of the summer and the post production work is in full swing. True to the title we are aiming to hit the maximum.
