Review : 

Ra is an Tamil fantasy thriller film written by Ashraf and Prabu Yuvaraj and directed by debutant Prabu Yuvaraj. The movie features Ashraf and Aditi Chengappa in lead roles. Produced by Ameen and Akbar and featuring music by Raj Aryan, it has cinematography by Saravanan Ramasamy.

In the beginning of the film hero and heroin both get married. Herion's parents did not accept this, while Hero's parents accepts them. After marriage, Hero's parents planned to have first night for them, so they all went out and left they both in that house. After a few seconds, Hero's friends came to house and called him for party. With her permission, he started to have party and went to another room in that house. After a long time, he came back to his room and due to tiredness he slept immediately.

The next day when he awakes, he saw that his wife murdered secretly in front of him. In this case, police thought that she died because of him and his friends and took them to station. But, unfortunately, post-mortem report says that she was died because of heart attack, so the police released them. Hero feels a lot for his lover's death. In this case, he feels that some panoramic power is undertaking hero's soul. By knowing this, hero's family safely moved out from home, but the hero stayed there itself and though that it was his lover.

He feels that his lover and felt to see a scientist for his doubts to be clarified. But the next day, the scientist also murdered secretly. So, police make an close eye on him, but they did not get the correct evidence. In this situation, Hero's sister came to stay with him, but unfortunately she also murdered. Hero's gets dilemma to know the exact reason for all these things. Finally, did Hero found the reason for these murders or not? with thriller the film moves.

Ashraf is the hero of the film with Ajai character, he fits suitable for this film. Heroin Athathi's character was not fully elaborated here. With crime, psychologic, and thriller story the film was created. Director Prabhu Yuvaraj. A big success from this film. Cinematography Saravanan makes everybody to feel fear. A new entry to music director Raj Aryam.
