 Santosh Soban, a hero from Trichy, lives with his family including his mother, father, brother and sister-in-law. He comes to Chennai because he got interior designing job.

There, Santosh searches for a place to stay for heroine Manasa, who is looking for a job at an IT company.

Since there is no place available in the hostel, he has no other choice let her to stay at  house where he is staying.

Heroine Manasa helps Santosh, who wants to shine in the interior design field. The two live together in a living-to-get-together manner. 

In this situation, Manasa's father refuses to accept their love and tries to get her married to someone else.

Meanwhile, Manasa falls ill and she's admitted in the hospital then santosh takes Manasa to Kerala from Hospital

What was the reason for Santhosh to take Manasa to Kerala ? in the end ! Did both families accept their love Or not? Did the two get married Or not?is the rest of the story  of film 'Couple Friendly'.

Although Santosh Sopan, who plays the lead role, is a well-known face in Telugu cinema, he has wonderfully expressed all the emotions like wandering in search of work, romance with his girlfriend, and family affection.

Manasa Varanasi, who plays the female lead, has given a realistic performance. She is beautiful and has given a stunning performance. Looking at her, one can see the resemblance of Abhinaya from the movie Naadodigal.

Even though Yogi Babu has fewer scenes, the comedy he does with Sunil Reddy is enjoyable and laughable. Livingston and Sri Ranjani, who appear in the film, have all given performances that are appropriate to the story.

All the songs are pleasant to listen and composed by composer Aditya Ravindran. The background score is a strength to the film. Dinesh Purushothaman's cinematography is superb.

Director Ashwin Chandrasekhar has created the screenplay keeping the feelings and understanding between lovers in today's times as the central theme and has made the film interesting from beginning to end. Congratulations to the director who has beautifully and clearly said that lovers are doomed, but love is not.
