The protagonist, Prabhas, who is searching for his grandfather who disappeared many years ago, discovers that the formidable sorcerer Sanjay Dutt, who has mastered various magical arts, is in fact his grandfather. At the same time, as he tries to get closer to his grandfather, he uncovers several shocking truths and finds himself in a situation where he has to confront him. Why this conflict? What kind of problems does this create in Prabhas's life, and how does he overcome them? 'Raja Saab' presents all of this, blending elements of thriller, fantasy, and other genres.

After the success of 'Baahubali', Prabhas, in an attempt to join the ranks of Hollywood action heroes, starred in several big-budget action films.

Although there are three heroines in the film – Malavika Mohanan, Nidhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar.

Sanjay Dutt, who played Prabhas's grandfather, and Sarina Wahab, who played his grandmother, performed their roles adequately, Boman Irani also makes a brief appearance.

Karthik Palani's cinematography is a comforting aspect for the viewers. Although the VFX shots are of good quality, the cinematographer's work in integrating them with the scenes and presenting a colorful film.
While Thaman S.'s songs are commercially appealing but soft  listenable,

Editor Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao works fine

Director Maruthi, who also wrote the film, has essentially given Prabhas, who is tired and aching from continuously acting in action films, a good attempt surrounding him with three heroines.
