 “Rangoli” is a family-friendly film that narrates the journey of Sathyamoorthi, a talented student who finds himself in a conflict at his public school. Following this incident, his father moves him to a renowned institution, where he becomes the target of bullying from his peers. Amidst these circumstances, he develops romantic feelings for a girl named Parvathy. However, their love story is tested as they confront the obstacles arising from their diverse backgrounds.

The film delves into the complexities of societal norms and family dynamics, as Sathyamoorthi and Parvathy come from different backgrounds. The obstacles they face, including their families’ disapproval, add layers of tension and drama, making their journey both relatable and engaging.

Sundaramurthy has composed the music in such a way that you can listen to the songs of the film on repeat mode, Prarthana, Sai Sri, Akshaya, Adukulam Murugadoss have acted well as befits their roles. Maruthanayagam has done excellent cinematography in places like Chennai and Kadapa. Overall Rangoli is a decent movie to watch with the family.
