The Idea Of Street Snacc, Was Initiated By Kumaran

The idea of STREET SNACC, was initiated by Kumaran, the proprietor of the restaurant. Travelling around the world and trying out new cuisines led him to this idea. The USP is to provide a street style eating experience with the hygiene practice and ambience of a fine-dine restaurant at a reasonable price. The dishes in the menu are based on New age traditional Indian street food /chaat food with the main focus being on non-vegetarian produce. It is also based on classic recipes and ingredients from different parts of India and cooked with locally sourced produce using international cooking techniques. The fusion style cuisine targets to fuse North Indian Chaat dishes with a twist of Non-Vegetarian Sides and Accompaniments.

This will be the first ever approach towards this palette of dishes under a common roof.

The menu has been developed by Consultant Mr. Rohan Bimal and team.

Rohan Bimal worked as the Sr. Chef de Parti at 5 Palm Jumeirah, Dubai and Phoenix Social Club, Dubai. The team worked on finalising the recipes for about 60 days where about 10-15 variations were executed. The food trials were carried out with a panel of 15 people for Market acceptance across all the dishes in the menu to satisfy different flavour profiles.

We also are partnering with Delivering agents like Swiggy, Zomato and Dunzo for boosting sales. The outlet is right opposite to Ethiraj College, Egmore. The 7-10 kms delivering radius covers most important residential and commercial areas of Chennai. We also are planning to undertake corporate orders for conferences and other public gathering events.
