Vijay Sethupathi’s cameo in Ashok Selvan-Ritika Singh’s Oh My Kadavule

Everything involving Ashok Selvan-Ritika Singh starrer ‘Oh My Kadavule’ has been sending attractive waves across the places. Especially, with the star-cast loaded with actors including Vani Bhojan and Sara, who are considered as people’s favourite, here is Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi joining the league for a cameo appearance in this movie.

Director Ashwath Marimuthu says, “More than labeling it as a cameo, I would instead claim it as a very important character. In fact, his moments occur as a prominent point, where the story travels to the next level. Soon after completing the script and finalizing the artistes, we were looking out for someone, who is popular and at the same time can add realistic values to this role. Finally, with the reference of Ashok Selvan, I was able to narrate the story and character to Vijay Sethupathi sir and he instantly gave a nod. Although, the screen time of this role will be lesser, I am sure audiences will be more attached to it. We as a team feel more lucky enough to have his presence in our movie.”

Oh My Kadavule is a Rom-Com shot elegantly stylish with ultra-urban shades and the first look posters have already amazed the crowds. The team has now wrapped up shooting the entire film and post-production work is happening on full swing.

Produced by  G. Dilli Babu for Axess Film Factory in association with Ashok Selvan-Abhinaya Selvam’s Happy High Pictures, the  official word on the film’s audio and worldwide theatrical release will be made shortly.

The film has musical score by Leon James and cinematography by Vidhu Ayyanna, who earlier won the praises for his visuals in Meyaadha Maan and LKG.
