Sibiraj starrer “Walter” gears up for second schedule now

Having wrapped up with the first leg of shooting in Kumbakonam, the team “Walter” featuring Sibiraj, Shirin Kanchwala, Gautham Vasudev Menon and Samuthirakani in title roles is all set to kick-start the second schedule in Chennai now.

Producer Dr. Prabhu Thilak, 11:11 Production says, “We have successfully completed wrapping up the first leg of shoot in Kumbakonam and I am really happy that the project is proceeding perfectly as planned. We will be kick-starting the next schedule from second week of September, which will be shot full stretch in Chennai.” Apart from the fact that the project is shaping up neatly, there are few more reasons that make producer Prabhu Thilak elated as he says, “This forthcoming schedule is going to be a special one for the entire “Walter” team as we will have Gautham Vasudev Menon sir being a part of this entire phase. In addition, we are delighted in welcoming well celebrated writer Bawa Chelladurai, who will be playing another pivotal role in this movie.”

On sharing his experience working with director Anbu so far, Dr. Prabhu Thilak adds, “As I mentioned earlier, Anbu has penned an excellent story that has gripping moments from beginning till end. His basic idea of shooting major portions in Temple town of Tamil Nadu – Kumbakonam itself was something unique and I am irresistibly waiting to see the final product at the earliest.”

“Walter” is an edge-seated crime thriller featuring Sibiraj as a cop, which has already clasped the attention of crowds for its title being significant to Sibiraj father-actor Sathyaraj’s yesteryear blockbuster movie with the same title (Walter Vetrivel).  While Shirin Kanchwala of Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja will be playing the female lead role in this film, Gautham Vasudev Menon and Samuthirakani would be appearing in substantial characters. The film is produced by Dr. Prabhu Thilak and Shruthi Thilak for 11:11 Productions.
