Seemaraja Will Escalate Me To A Greater Height And Give Me Longer Lifespan In Cinema - Soori

Very few comedians have the potentials to get beyond those delineations and stand out as a major character artiste in films. In a farthermost scenario, it’s distinctly Soori proving to be a strong exemplification of such. The actor, who has been getting his best of treat towards his fans through hilarious spells in the recent times has lots to share about his upcoming release ‘Seemaraja’.  He also reveals, why this film is so special to him as an important milestone in his career.

“It is very well known to everyone that Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan offered me the essential breakthrough at the right time. But I strongly believe Seemaraja will escalate me to a greater height and give me longer lifespan in cinema,” says Soori that clearly embellishes his emotional connect with the film.

“Yes, I do have lots of emotional connection with this film than my previous films with Sivakarthikeyan brother-Ponram brother duo. This hasn’t been an opportunity to just unleash my potentials as a comedy actor, but made me completely a health conscious person. According to the script, I had to develop a six pack alongside Sivakarthikeyan brother as demanded by Ponram. But I initially perceived this to be a joke, but things turned to be an excruciating experience while hitting gyms. Finally, I didn’t just gain the physique, but a proper understanding about health, which will be helpful throughout my life,” says Soori.

Throwing up some exciting words upon filmmaker Ponram’s work, he says, “You all had a very minute glimpse of surprise by the end of trailer, which will be a huge experience to watch it as a sequence in theatres. I am sure, Ponram brother will definitely become the next eligible director to make a full-fledged film of that genre after Seemaraja release.”

Speaking about his brother-like Sivakarthikeyan, he said, “While working together in Manam Kothi Paravai, he would inquisitively call up like a kid by midnight and ask if his performance was good. During the initial stage, I thought, he must playing prank on me as it happened to his routine one in TV shows. But then, he was literally serious asking for my suggestions and didn’t stop even achieving a huge stardom through Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan. Even during the shoot of Seemaraja, he would call me up during late nights asking for my suggestions, which had left me frozen in astonishment. I believe, this happens to be his secret of success of remaining so much humble and dedicated towards his work.”
