Review :

Kuttram 23 crime thriller film written and directed by Arivazhagan. The film stars Arun Vijay and Mahima Nambiar in the lead roles, with Vamsi Krishna, Aravind Akash and Thambi Ramaiah amongst others in supporting roles. Produced by Inder Kumar along with Arun Vijay, the soundtrack album and background score for the film is composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar.

To investigate the murder of a TV Channel owner’s wife, an intelligent cop Vetrimaaran is appointed. When he unties the knot behind her mysterious death, he notices an illegal practice that happens in the field of medicine. What is the illegal practice and who is involved in this? Did the Cop uproots the practice and save the society?

Arun Vijay has given a subtle performance. This cop’s performance is louder than his voice. It will be yet another milestone in the career of Arun Vijay, after Yennai Arinthaal. Mahima’s elusive performance will impress the people for sure. Perfect screenplay for a good a message - oriented entertainer. Background music is stunning. The suave cop role designed by Arivazhagan fit Arun perfectly. Cinematography by Bhaskaran needs a special mention
