Tiny Tots Become Olympic Champs As Canopo Celebrate Its 3rd Annual Sports Meet

Canopo , Illuminating Tiny Minds, premium play school and daycare centre  conducted its 3rd Annual Sports Meet at J. Jayalalitha Stadium on the energetic 'Olympic' theme.  The children not only had their spirit of sportsmanship encouraged at high levels, but also enjoyed a day packed with fun and varying sport events. Chief Guest, Dr. B.S Virudhagirinathan – a well-known Neuropsychologist declared the sports meet opened and renowned Tamil actor Ari, who was the Guest of Honour presented the winners with medals and trophies.

The enthusiastic tiny tots kick started the celebration by marching to the beats of the drum. The stadium witnessed a colorful display of coordination as the Ninos (kids between 1.5 -2.5 years) performed a parachute drill, the Viveros or Capella (kids between 2.5 -3.5 years) displayed a specular shimmering Hoola Hoop drill and the Poco or Grande or Grade 1 (kids between 3.5 -5.5 years) exhibited a captivating shawl drill. The cheers and claps from the parents who gathered in large numbers to support and encourage the athletic champs reverberated throughout the walls of the stadium.

On this occasion, Canopo in association with Edu Sports also organized exciting games for parents, teachers and the supporting staffs and the enthusiasm levels overflowed beyond saturation. The fun-filled day was concluded with the announcements of the prize winners who were presented trophies and certificates, motivating speeches by the guests and singing of the national anthem.
