I Was Spellbound Over Mohan Raja’s Thani Oruvan Prompting Me To Accept This Offer

With the prominent actors like Dulquer Salmaan and Nivin Pauly basking in glory over the grand reception of their movies in Tamil Nadu beyond language barriers, Fahadh Faasil is no exception. Highly acclaimed for his non-reluctant gesture of choosing any roles that impress him irrespective of prominence, he has established a substantial domain over the regions. It was so much illustrious with his recent release ‘Maheshinte Prathikaram’, which made a successful run of more than 50 days in Chennai alone. The sensational buzz about his Tamil debut in Sivakarthikeyan - Nayanthara starrer untitled film, directed y Mohan Raja has already turned up the invigoration and much delighted Fahadh Faasil is so much in glee over this project. “I am a voracious fan of Tamil films and Thani Oruvan was something that fascinated me to the core in recent times. I was much engrossed over the narrative style of Mohan Raja. When the offer came down to me, I couldn’t claim any pause, but instantly choose it for the uniqueness that exists in this script and my characterization. I'm indeed impressed by the growth of Sivakarthikeyan as an actor and subsequently  as a star. proud to share screen space with him "  says Fahadh Faasil, whose love for Chennai and Tamil films is known beyond limits.

The film is produced by RD Raja of 24 AM STUDIOS, which is tentatively titled as ‘Production No.2’ that will start rolling shortly in time from now.
