Velammal's Tribute to Kalam - Depiction of Portrait covering 15000 Sq.ft - An attempt to Asia Book of Records

  Velammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School situated at Mugappair organizes KALAM TUJHE SALAAM fondlyremembering  and passionately honouring  the memories of Former Pre sident, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on his 84^th Birth Anniversary.

·      The school proposes to depict the portrait of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam covering15,000 sq. ft. by 6000 students of classes III - VIII of the Fine Arts Club through quilling.
 
·         Also 51 students of class III aged 7 to dress up as Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
 
It is a maiden attempt to enter into the Limca Book of Records and Asia Book of Records.
