Ammani Wrapped up

Tag entertainment [P] ltd the emerging giant in the Tamil film industry owned by Mr Ven Govinda is producing the film ‘Ammani', directed by actress turned Director Lakshmy Ramakrishnan. The ‘Yuththam Sei’ Actress well known for her war fare in social empowerment is also acting apart from directing "Ammini". in her directorial venture.

The first look of the film featuring a 82 year young women Subbulakshmi Patti got raving comments. The shooting process of the movie ‘Ammani’ was completed recently.

The last day of the film’s shoot was a funeral sequence, unusual for a last day shoot. Lakshmy Ramakrishnan played herself as the deceased and directed the funeral scene too."It was emotive, not just because it was the scene of a funeral but also because it happened to be the last day of the film's shoot. My younger daughter who accompanied me to the shoot on the last day though initially upset on finding me as the dead person, realized the professional need of the hour and took pains to keep us happy.”

“we shot the last scene of the film co-incidentally on the same place where we had shot the first shoot months ago. This film had witnessed many moments like this and I sure we will be rewarded as well as awarded for this effort" summed up Lakshmy Ramakrishnan with a lively smile.

“ The film’s post production is on full speed. Music Director K has composed all the three songs. The songs have came out really well. Each is of a unique and different colour. I am excited to present this film.” says the Director Lakshmy Ramakrishnan.
