Karan Johar Gives THUMBS UP to Kaakka Muttai

After taking the box office by storm Kaakka Muttai is melting hearts of B-town biggies! The two national award winning film, Kaakka Muttai has got big thumbs up from Karan Johar who watched the movie recently. The film has won two National Awards for the best children’s film and best child actors ( Ramesh Thilaganathan and J. Vignesh ). The film has been receiving accolades and standing ovation not only in India but across the World, from the prestigious Toronto Film Festival to the Dubai International Film Festival it has impressed all.

Kaakka Muttai is presented by Fox Star Studios and produced by Dhanush & Vetri Maaran. The film has been directed by Manikandan, with music by GV Prakash.

Kaaka Muttai’ is a quirky comedy with a strong social message. The film is about the adventures of two street kids for their first bite of pizza, two carefree slum boys are consumed by the desire to taste this new-fangled dish called ‘pizza’. Realizing that one pizza costs more than their family’s monthly income, they begin to plan ways to earn more money – inadvertently setting in motion an adventure that will involve the entire city.
