Review :

The movie is jointly produced by SP Jananathan’s Binary Pictures in association with UTV Motion Pictures. It features Arya, Shaam, Vijay Sethupathi and Karthika Nair in the lead cast. Song composed by Varshan and background score by Srikanth Deva. The cinematography is handled by NK Ekambaram and editing is done by N Ganesh Kumar.

Balu (Aarya), who was ordered to give a hanging and he was assigned by Mechalo (Shaam). Mechalo brings him to chennai and seeks Yamalingam (Vijay Sethupathi) to hang him to death. But Yamalingam denies it because of a strong story of his father behind that, who avoids to put him on hang.

In this situation, Balu's gang member Kuyili (Karthika), comes to know about this and trying to rescue him. She meets Yamalingam to not to put him on hang, but finally she comes to know that he is not in that mind to hang him. Finally, Karthiga convince Yamalingam to rescue Balu from Jail. Finally, did Balu (Aarya) rescued from that jail? or else Mechalo done his assigned job or not? the rest of the film goes with mixture of many things.

Shaam acted as a good role police officer which attracted everone in this film. Aarya gives appreciable work in this film. Vijay Sethupathy was unbeateable and he gives his part okay. Karthika, unlike other films her role was very justice. National Award winner SP Jhananathan gives a new and revolutional film to audience. The main highlight of this movie is the set of prison made by Art Director Selva Kumar N. Srikanth Deva Background score is gripping and adds substance. Cinematograpy by Ekambaram gives very cold and fresh.
