Actor Karunakaran Shared His 3 Years Tamil Cinema Industry Journey

As I mark my 3 years journey in the Tamil cinema industry with over 23 movies, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who have made a huge difference in building my career.

 It's 3 years since Kalakalapu got released and I thank Director Sundar C sir for giving me my debut in Kalakalapu with a significant role. He has not only got me into acting in the big screen but has also made me explore my screenplay skills.

Director Karthik Subbaraj and Director Nalan Kumarasamy had written my role with me in mind while they developed the screen play and these roles helped me get significant recognition from all.

My heartfelt thanks to all the three for making a huge difference in my career.

 My sincere thanks to Director K.S. Ravikumar sir and Rajini sir for giving me an opportunity in Linga and to play a key role. It was a lifetime opportunity which I will cherish forever.

Thanks to all my producers, directors and co-artists who helped me through this journey the last 3 years. Each of my characters have been different and I have had the privilege to work with a variety of artists.

As I near my 25th movie, I would like to thank the press and media for making me successful by highlighting the good and bad in what I do. Your constructive criticism helps me learn from my mistakes.
