Mithun says about Patra

Cinema is a place where opportunity meets talents. It is vividly witnessed that those who shines today made a place themselves with the immense talent and peseverance they possess.

Mithunn , the newbie actor in k-town is getting ready for the long run with his debut film ‘Patra’ to be released soon. ‘ Patra’ produced by GK Cinemaas and directed by Jayanthan a former associate of Sundar.C. The film deals with today’s social situations that direct youth in anti social path.

“ Cinema is my passion, I started doing dance and attended acting classes. Director Jayanthan sir saw me in a cinema catalog and called  audition. Director was pleased with acting skills and physic. The shoot started we finished all the portions except the climax portion.” Says Mithunn.

“ I had to build my physic in order to enhance the aggression towards my counterpart played Sampaul sir in the film. Couple of days before the climax shoot my whole family met with an accident. Jayanthan sir cancelled the shoot and wanted me to be with a family.  The whole team of ‘Patra’ was encouraging and helping me in the tough situation. I continued my work out from hospital itself. ”

In the climax fight, I had to be hit by a wooden plank on my back head. I was afraid as they had a real wooden plank. I requested director to have a dupe. But Stunt Master ‘Mirattal’ Selvam wanted the fight to be a real one. The climax has came out really well. The whole crew of ‘Patra’ helped me a lot in grooming myself as an actor. I am thankful to my Producer Gandhi Kumar,Director Jayanthan Sir and the entire crew of ‘ Patra’.” Signed off Mithunn, hailing from Coimbatore .
