Lyric writer is a big word to call me after” – Vignesh Sivan

The song that released as a single and become a huge hit grossed the millions of fans. What else a song from a most expected film can achieve. The fresh lines and the peppy tune of the song ‘ Adhaaru Adhaaru’ from ‘Yennai Arindhaal’ made all the audience to murmur. Vignesh Sivan, the lyric writer of the song , is a happy youngman and excited about working for a Gautham menon film which has his favorite star ‘Thala’ Ajith in the lead.  

“ It has always been my dream to assist Gautham sir.  This opportunity of getting associated with him made is a dream come true incident. When I got the call from him, I was in cloud nine. I drafted a basic version of the song with him from the shooting spot itself. From there, Harris Jayaraj Sir guide me through the final version. He was so generous to work with a new comer like me. He made certain changes in the lyrics for its sounding which enhanced the song. I am an amateur, Lyric writer is a big word to call me after” Says the humble young director Vignesh.

“ This song in the film not just a dance number. The song carries the description of the characters in the film. Like any other Gautham sir’s song , this song will also help to carry the narration forward. I was so conscious that am writing for ‘Thala’ Ajith, Thus I started the song with a ‘Positive note’ like ‘ Ellamae inimae nallathaan nadakkum’. Despite being a director I am inspired by the response and support that ‘thala’ fans pour in for the song. “
