'Kappal' to cruise with 'Mankatha' sentiment - says Vaibhav

Since ages Friendship and love has been soul of Tamil Cinemas. The blend of love and friendship is brewed with all new touch in the film 'Kappal'. Debut Director Karthik G Krish have rendered the Rom-Com with this above mentioned theme, which is all set to be the talking point this winter.  

" My role in this film is like a football where everyone wants to possess for a time yet they kick. I have played a role who has to balance friendship and love in all instances. Arjunan, Karuna, Venkat and Karthik play as my friends in this film.  They could be the only friends in Tamil cinema who are determined to spoil their friend's love, says Vaibhav.

"In an intense shot heroine Sonam Bajwa had to slap me which left scars on my cheek. Similar  incident happened in 'Mankatha' , i wish the same sentiment of slap and success continue in 'Kappal' too" said Vaibhav on recalling those slap full moments.

"It was my dream to work with the  ocean of grandeur Shankar sir , and i had this 'Kappal'  to sail and realize my dream ' says the  elated Vaibhav. 'Kappal' is slated to release this Christmas.
