The man who mantled the camera for Soodhu Kavvum and Thegidi,
Dinesh Krishnan has geared up to mesmerize the fans again with ‘Kappal’ with
his camera. Kappal would be a romantic movie you would love to see with friends on chilly holidays.
On sharing his experience with Kappal, He said “Kappal was a
colorful expedition for me. Myself and Director Karthik planned the whole visual agenda for scenes
and song portions. We wanted it to be realistic and
carry a lot of fantasy . We shot in many dense locations of Chennai
candidly. The songs have came out really well.” He continued
Shooting for the track Kadhal Casatta was one of the
challenging but delicious work in the film. The entire song was shot in the sets of Candy houses and
dresses were made of Chocolate. We have
worked hard to get the songs a glossy outlook.
Director Shankar sir used to call me ”Poochi” from the days
of Endhiran, while i was working as an assistant to Cinematographer Randy,Since I used to buzz
around in the sets. After watching ‘Kappal’ Shankar sir lauded my work in the
film. It was an unforgettable moment
The
producers I studios and Director Karthik were so
supportive.I would like to thank Shankar sir for releasing the film
under his ‘S’
pictures. we have carried some out of the box concepts that will surely
enthrall and delight the audience” said Dinesh Krishnan, the man behind
some eye
catching visuals in the film.
