Palam Silks Indiawaalesaree Dance Pose Competition News and Photos

Palam Silks today announced the launch of an online, social media contest called ‘The Indiawaale Saree Dance Pose Competition’ to celebrate the brand’s association with Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming Diwali movie, Happy New Year. The event encourages users to don a saree at home and strike a pose of them in their favourite dance move and submit their photos online for others to vote on. The top users get a chance to perform before the mega stars, live!

The online event was launched at an event yesterday in the city at a popular mall. A large portion of the Sunday crowd sportingly donned sarees and struck innovative poses in their quest to meet the King Khan! Their photos will now be open to online voting, 22nd September onwards. The top voted participants in this competition from across India will get to perform live before the entire cast and crew of the movie including the lead stars, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and Abhishek Bachchan in an event in Chennai on October 3rd.
