Nithya Menon out of Maniratnam’s next

Director Mani Ratnam is busy with the pre-production work of his upcoming film. Actor? Dulqur Salman has been roped in to play the hero in this film and the search for a suitable heroine is now on. While e Pooja Hegde was approached to play the heroine in this film, she expressed her inability to allot dates as she is busy with a Bollywood flick. Finally, Nithya Menen was selected but when the photo shoot was conducted, the director found her to be unfit for the role as he did not get the desired results. Following this, Mani Ratnam is now scouting for new face for this role.
