Anushka has said that she has always been contended acting in Tamil and Telugu films and unlike her contemporaries, does not want to raid into Bollywood. Anushka, on her first Kannada assignment, said that she always wanted to act in a Sandalwood film as she is basically from Mangalore and is now happy that she has got the right opportunity.
