Former Minister Meets Superstar

Though our Superstar has clearly announced his decision to concentrate on cinema and not to enter politics in 2004 prior to the release of his blockbuster hit film Chandramukhi, many of his fans are still expecting him to change his decision and lead the state.

As a result, many acts and speeches of Rajnikanth have been linked to politics forcing the star to make a clarification later.

Former Tamil Nadu CM, M Karunanidhi’s son and Union Minister MK Alagiri met Rajinikanth at his residence in Chennai along with his son, producer Dayanidhi Alagiri to wish him on the success of the Kochadaiiyaan audio launch.

It is said that Dayanidhi is soon to make his acting debut and the visit was also seek the blessings of the Superstar.

Soundarya Rajinikanth Ashwin, the director of Kochadaiiyaan, stated on the social networking site that their visit meant a lot for her.

However Dhayanidhi Alagiri who accompanied his father to meet the Superstar has clarified that there is no political motive behind the meeting. said that Dayanidhi is soon to make his acting debut and the visit was also seek the blessings of the Superstar.
