 The French Loaf creates the Longest Photo Cake for the 3^rd time to celebrate Joy of Giving Week-Supports the charities – The Child and Sree Karpagavalli Vidyalaya

Chennai, 2^nd October 2013: The French Loaf created the Longest Photo Cake as part of the Joy of Giving Week at the Forum Vijaya Mall, Vadapalani to extend their support to charity organisations – The Child and Sree Karpagavalli Vidyalaya.

This time, The French Loaf showed their admiration for the city with the theme - ‘Namma Chennai. Namma Pride’. The 1000 kilogram eggless chocolate cake stretched across 100 meters featuring images sketched by children from The Madras Seva Sadan Group of Institutions, along with theme pictures taken by amateur photographers. A team of 100 chefs worked together to bake, assemble and create this one of a kind masterpiece. 

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Narendra Malhotra, CEO of Oriental Cuisines Private Limited, said, “We are extremely humbled with the support and encouragement we have received in the past. This encouraged us to roll out the Longest Photo Cake for the third time in a row. It truly is a proud feeling to be part of this achievement in support of underprivileged children.”
