CURTAIN RAISER- One of the most popular action series of the times, the Fast & Furious series of movies have in course of time developed into a breathtaking, action-packed film franchise which started as an underground car chasing theme basically. This is the sixth installment in the series and with the release of one installment after another, the franchise has in fact grown bigger and better! 

Fast & Furious 6 (alternatively known as Fast Six) is an upcoming has been written by Chris Morgan and directed by Justin Lin and it features Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster in starring roles besides Jason Satham in a pivotal role. Fast & Furious 6 was in fact the first film in the series to move away from the underground car-racing theme of the series. Filming locations also included the Canary Islands, Glasgow, and Los Angeles.

Script writer, Chris Morgan had transformed the series from street-racing action into a series of heist films with car chases in the vein of The Italian Job (1969) and The French Connection (1971), with Fast Five as the transitional movie from being merely a pure car culture movie and into being a true action franchise in the spirit of those great heist films made 10 or 15 years ago!

It is interesting to note that the seventh installment of the film has already been planned and it is worth noting that the sixth and seventh ones will have a single storyline running into both which are being made as sequels, back to back! James Wan is wielding the seventh outing of the famous franchise scheduled for release on July, 11^th 2014.

SYNOPSIS-Since Dom (Diesel) and Brian’s (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home while living forever on the lam, have left their lives incomplete.

Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez). 

The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London.  All of them are fully pardoned so they can return home and make their families whole again.
