Young Achiever Award Stills

For encouraging youth towards Abdul Kalam’s dream India 2020 Social activiist Abdul Ghani founded an organization called Youth Power Nation Building. The inauguration of thisorganization and distribution of Young Acheiver awards to 12 youths from various fields held at MGR Janaki women’s college, Chennai. V.Ponraj – scinetific advisor of former president Abdul Kalamn  graced the event and distributed the awards. R.Bhagwan singh – Consuting editor Deccan Chronical, Dr Latha Rajendran- Secretary & Correspondant, DR Sashath- Principal and Dr Apitha Sabapathy  HOD of Tamil Dept of MGR Janaki Arts and Science college for women also participated in the occasion.

V.Ponraj distributed the Young Acheiver awards to Vinod Narasimman, Kabilan Vairamuthu, Mathew Jose, George Vijay Nelson, Arun Loganathan, K.Vijay Anandh, Sanobar Sultana, Sainthavi, Naresh Kumar, Nisha Tota, SivarajMuthuraman, Pramila Krishnan, Hari Balaji and K.Mohan Amassodar Award was given to Dr Latha Rajendran for her outstanding contribution in arts, education and social service.

Earlier Dr Apitha Sabapathy welcomed the guests. Abdul Ghani founder of Youth Power Nation Building thanked one and all at the end. Balaji from YPNB coordinated the memorable event.

Mr. Vinod Narasimhan. President and founder of Dharmanpuri district welfare association. An active blood donar. Launched my vote is not a sale sticker in Dharmapuri.

Mr. Kabilan Vairamuthu, writer and social activist, his five poetry collections and his novels exhibit his excellent creativity, published first book at the age of eighteen, founder of ‘Makkal Anuka Pervai’, members of tip organization- work for the cause of education and protecting environment.

Mathew Jose- Founder of Paper man. The organisation promotes recycling through various community models. He has played significant role in projects light a home campaign, 99999 lights out campaign.

George Vijay Nelson- Founder of plus dream makers. Believes in social work through media. Plus group works for underprivileged children, women, old aged and differently -abled children. They are in their 18th year now.

Arun Loganathan- Magician who has performed a number of shows attributed to fund rising for social causes. He creates social awareness about tree planting and avoiding plastic through his magic. He teaches orphan children on how to gain confidence.

Saindhavi- B grade artist of air. Done more than thousand concerts most of which were attributed to fund rising for social causes. Popular albums include sacred chants, holy chants and bharathiyar songs. Sung for two international albums.

K.Vijay Anandh. Runs the portal named www.mysixer.com. It focuses on cinema news, and features articles on social causes like educating children and protecting environment, written a number of short stories, assistant director in Tamil film industry.

Sanobar Sultana- Senior producer and presenter in Chennai live 104.8fm. Hosts breakfast show in which she takes up several environmental initiatives and social causes and finds volunteers in the show. Representatives from corporation are regularly invited to speak on civic concerns and complaints were sorted in a week’s time.

Naresh Kumar- Youth coordinator of the fifth pillar. Won bronze medal in common wealth karate championship. Anti corruption crusader who reaches to every common man to spread the message of anti corruption.

Nisha thota- Youth exnora general secretary. Come all the way from London to do social work in her mother land. Taken lots of efforts for the betterment of slums and rural areas. In the village Keelakarai, she single handedly solved the issue of waste management.

Shivaraj Muthuraman- Social entrepreneur.  Awardee of India book of records for invention of eco- friendly cab which works on solar power and electricity. Does ecofirnedly advertising through eco friendly hangers and stickers. He has received an award from Germany as well.

Pramila Krishnan- a reporter at Deccan chronicle. Aims at solving problems in rural areas. She has sought the help of government and has brought a solution to many social issues in rural areas.

Hari Balaji- Consultant at UNICEF India where his core area is disaster management. National entrepreneurship e-club, e-leader, founder of organisation srishti.

K. Mohan, founder of kvl innovations. His innovations include herbal mosquito repellent, speed breaker based power generation through crystals, mobile controlling through crystals, mobile controlling device for vehicles, heart attack detection device and many more.
