History & Growth

NEW TRAVEL LIINES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is familiarly know as NTL since inception from 1999 our Directors Mr. Saravanan, Mr. Ramesh & Mr.Dayanathi who are Young, dynamic, energetic& enthusiastic Personnel started in a small way, but now With their determination & self dedication towards customer service our fleet strength had crossed above 2500 fleets, out of which 500cars are our company owned vehicles.

Initially we started our Operation in FMS (Fleet Management Service) i.e. Staff transportation with the hard work and a wide range of experience, we became very strong in FMS. By seeing our committed quality & timely service in FMS, our existing Clients had given Opportunity in RAC (Rent a car) division. We stepped into Rent a Car division from 2007 onwards and successfully we had crossed the revenue of 7.0Crores FMS+RAC per month.

Inter-Connecting departments

1. We have a separate call centre for taking Reservations
2. We have a two separate deployment team for economy class cars & luxury segment      cars to maintain quality in service.
3. We have separate billing department which is having a facility of providing system generated invoice which will zero down the manual Errors
4. Dedicated Client Relations department for handling the guest queries, grievances etc.

Staff & Managers

We have the team of staff working with us since day one which is our Major strength and good will about our company.
And also have a committed Quality Assurance Managers in each department to sustain the quality for constant improvement and consistent service delivery to maintain their high standards of service and performance.

Software Team
We proudly says that we create our own software from one of our company chain called NTL Technologies ltd to consistently upgrade the system to meet the expectation of our customers and minimize manual errors.

Chauffeurs

1. We provide well trained chauffeurs minimum 5years experience with commercial License.
2. Our chauffeurs are well groomed with white safari uniforms, cap, name badge & polished shoe and they are very polite and guest obedient, have multi lingual knowledge
3. We trained our chauffeurs about on customer relation, etiquettes, city routes, knowledge about hotels and site seeing places as a part of Induction schedule.
4. Our chauffeurs are specially trained on safety, security defensive and driving techniques.

Facilities to drivers

We have separate rest rooms, Bathing room & washing machine provided to        maintain the personal hygiene.
We provided indoor games like Carom, Chess, TV, Table tennis.
Spoken English training.

RAC (Rent a Car):

Auto SMS
1. Automated SMS confirmation of booking to booker, guests and others on request.
2. System generated e-mail confirmation to booker with complete booking details.
3. Automate SMS with driver details, reporting place and time are sent to booker and guests.

Bar Code Reader:
We are only company to introduce bar code in the Trip sheets. The bar code reader captures the departure and arrival time of all our vehicles which helps us to monitor the on time reporting. We also have an escalation SMS if the bar code not captured on time. Apart from this if the vehicle is either not allotted, doesn’t leave our garage 2 hrs and 1hr respectively and automated SMS is triggered from the software to the Operation Manager who in turn will intervene and ensure the vehicle reports on time.

Placard:
We welcome all guests with a placard with their company logo to receive the guest from Airport or from Railway Station.

On Safety Measures
1. We organize weekly safety training programmes to chauffeurs by retired police officer
2. We conduct night patrolling on regular basis as a part of safety & security.
3. Company provides Insurance to all the chauffeurs.
4. Fire extinguisher in all the cars.
5. Cameras fixed entire corners of our premises to check vehicle & chauffeur movements.
6. We insist for compulsory Seat belt for both chauffeur & passengers while traveling.
7. Our first aid box consist of 3 Medical accessories + 10 Medicines
8. We are the only company to launch anti sleepy alert device to all our chauffeurs.
9. Fleet policy of 2 years or 70,000Kms ensures trouble free operations resulting in   delight to our guest.
10. Emergency help line number displayed in all our cabs.

Customer Relation Department:

We have a Special Client Relations Team, where a dedicated Client Account Executive will be take care of Individual Client Account From Booking till Billing of the Client.

7.0 Crores every Month only in Chennai with the Minimum of 600 RAC Bookings every Day.

To Avoid Dead Kms:

We are coming with three Hubs One is close by Airport for instant airport pickup One is in centre of the city to cater the service for the Clients in center of the city and one is in industrial & IT Tech Park Area.
In Chennai We have our main Garage (HO) at Alandur close by Airport second Hub at Centre of the City Opposite to LIC and the third hub at Thoripakkam which is in OMR where is the IT Tech Park
