House Owner Backdrops Of Chennai Floods

Realistic perceptions translated into realistic dramas. A flawless theory that our Lakshmy Ramakrishnan owns in crafting beautiful tales and presenting them with enriched values. Celebrating the two years of ‘Ammani' anniversary, which was released on October  2016, the versatile filmmaker is overwhelming with excitements in bringing the first look of her upcoming film titled ‘House Owner’. The film delves into the love story set against the backdrops of Chennai floods.

Bounded to high exhilarations and gleefulness, Lakshmy Ramakrishnan says, “2018 has been real big year for Tamil cinema for the movies like Ratsasan, Pariyerum Perumal, 96, cult film like Vada Chennai and many more. During such a privileged juncture, I am so much excited to show my film ‘House Owner’, which is a love story based on true incidents set against the backdrops of Chennai floods.  All my films would have the characters inspired from real life and ‘House Owner’ too will not be an exception. The celebrities across our industry were kind enough to support us by sharing the title poster. Now I am really thankful to Tamil film industry’s most acclaimed filmmakers like Samuthrakani and Pandiraj for unveiling the first look poster. October being a special month for me,, I believe and hope that I will bring a good cinema to be included into the league of this season’s quality films.”

Shedding lights upon her prominent star-cast and technicians, Lakshmy continues to add, “Aadukalam fame Kishore has done a lead role in this film, which marks the debut of Viji Chandrasekhar’s daughter Lovelyn in female lead. The child artiste who won National awards in Pasanga and garnered huge reception for ‘Goli Soda’ is playing another lead character. Sriranjani would be reflecting the moms in every home with her simplistic yet powerful characterization.

I am really privileged to have solid technicians like music director Ghibran onboard for this film. I have been a great fan of his music from debut film ‘Vaagai Sooda Vaa’ till his current sensation ‘Ratsasan’. Prem of Magalir Mattum fame is handling editing while Krishna Sekar has cranked the camera with Tapas Nayak on audiography.”
